Support Coordination is found in the capacity building section of your NDIS plan .
A Support Coordinator works with participants to:
✅ Understand their NDIS plan – Breaking down the funding and how it can be used.
✅ Find and connect with service providers – Helping them access the right supports, like therapy, social activities, and personal care.
✅ Build independence – Supporting participants in developing the skills to manage their own supports over time.
✅ Navigate challenges – Assisting with issues like service changes, funding adjustments, or finding new providers.
✅ Prepare for plan reviews – Ensuring they have the right evidence to request more or different supports if needed.
